This Request concerns former Superior Court Judge Antonio Almeida (dob 1924).
Please provide the following information:
1.The date pension payments to Mr. Almeida commenced.
2.The date pension payments to Mr. Almeida ceased.
3.The amount, if any, Mr. Almeida reimbursed the ERSRI for pension payments rec'd.

See page 1 for the date the pension benefit ended, page 2 for the date of retirement and the pension amount, and page 6 for the order regarding repayment. Be advised that pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws § 38-2-3(h), the Office of the General Treasurer is not required to reorganize, consolidate, or compile data not maintained by the Office in the form requested.
