I am requesting a copy of the front and back of the checks that were reissued to replace the below referenced checks that cleared the bank. The checks referenced below are the original checks but again, I am requesting information on the checks that were reissued to replace them because the originals were lost.

Kindly note that the documents have been slightly redacted pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws § 38-2-2(4)(A)(I)(b) to protect personal individually-identifiable information and § 38-2-2(4)(B) to protect financial information that is of a privileged or confidential nature.
