Pursuant to RIGL 12-25-30.1 and the Access to Public Records Act: I respectfully request the full disclosure of any Application for Compensation made by [withheld] under criminal complaint number [withheld].  In addition, please provide any other Application for Compensation made by this same individual in any and call cases- both past and present- for criminal injuries compensation.  As said statute specifically states: "The application and the notice of award or denial shall be deemed public records."  

The Office of the General Treasurer does not have documents responsive to your request.

If you contend you have been denied access to public records, pursuant to R.I.G.L. § 38-2-8, you may appeal this decision to Amy L.
