To Whom This May Concern:

My name is Kathleen and I work for ALK Technologies in Princeton, NJ. We are a routing and navigation company.

We at ALK Technologies are currently in the process of updating our streets database for our products PC*MILER® and CoPilot® Truck.  They are routing software packages used by thousands of truck drivers and trucking companies in North America; therefore, it is important that we accurately reflect your road system.

I would like to request access to and copies of excel spreadsheets, paper maps, text files, ESRI shapefiles, Adobe files (.pdf) or any other format detailing vertical clearances of bridges or overpasses in Rhode Island. Ideally, the information would include the name of the road the heights are along, the intersecting feature, the lat/long location and the vertical clearance(s).

Please email me if you have any questions at ksalvador@alk.com or call  609-683-0220 ext 3259 to speak to me directly.  If this letter was misdirected, I would be grateful if you would please let me know or forward it to the correct contact person.

Thank you for your prompt attention and assistance.

Sincerely,

Kathleen Salvador
