Request #18-88

First, can you provide me updated records reflecting the current state of the Porth Judith investment.      I have attached the most recent documents you provided were in your production of July 30 and appear to be the value of the investment as of June 30, 2016 (see “Pages from A98 Redacted”), and the printout of distributions and payments (“Payments”) .   These appear to be the sorts of reports that are maintained as a regular part of business, so if you can send me the most current versions, I would appreciate it.

Second, can you provide the consulting contracts between Cliffwater and ERSRI.  I believe they have previously been publicly disclosed, so I don’t believe that should be a problem.

The most current valuations of each of our investments can be found in the monthly SIC books which are available here:  The specific valuation document that you reference in your current request was a document provided to you in response to part A8 of your June 8, 2018 request and is not a document that is regularly produced.  The second document you reference in your current request showing distributions/payments was the most current at the time of our response.  However, please see attached updated spreadsheet. With regards to your request for the consulting contracts between Cliffwater and ERSRI, please see the attached.
