I would like to request copies of the actuarial tables or factors used to calculate the reduction to a member’s retirement benefit if they elect payment Option 2. I would like the information for the plans specified below (if such factors are different between plans):
- State Employees
- Public School Teachers
- Municipal Employees' Retirement System (general and public safety)
If the employee’s Schedule affects the reduction factors then I would also like that information. If your agency does not maintain these public records, please let me know who does and include the proper custodian's name and address. I prefer electronic copies if possible.
