For the purposes of this public records request, "revolving fund" refers to the revolving fund created by R.I. Gen. Laws § 45-24.3-19(e) "Revolving fund. There is created a revolving fund for the purpose of supporting the cost of repairs and other corrective action or demolition made by the enforcing officer pursuant to this section. ..."

For each state fiscal or calendar year from 2014 through 2018, I request:

(1) documents showing total payments into the revolving fund;

(2) documents showing payments into the revolving fund broken down by (a) civil penalties, (b) license fees, (c) legal judgments, (d) all other revenues from cities and towns, and (e) donations and grants;

(3) documents showing total expenditures by the revolving fund;

(4) documents showing total payments by the City of Providence into the revolving fund; and

(5) documents showing payments into the revolving fund by the City of Providence broken down by (a) civil penalties, (b) license fees, (c) legal judgments, (d) all other revenues from cities and towns, and (e) donations and grants.
